Request Refund Form

Cancellation/Withdrawal Process:

  • Form Submission: Students must complete a Course Withdrawal or Cancellation Request Form. This form must be properly filled out and attached for the request to be processed.

Refund Timeline:

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and paid within 28 days from the date the refund application is received.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be paid either by direct deposit or telegraphic transfer to the nominated bank account.

Bank Charges:

  • Deduction: Any applicable bank charges will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

Administration Fee:

  • Fee: A $250 administration fee applies to all refunds unless there is a specific exemption stated.
